Certainly, this is one of the top questions for all nonprofits to inquire about, right? But, like many software systems it's not always so simple to answer. While we will provide a brief outline of the philosophy of their pricing model here. It is important to note that pricing is not etched in stone.
So, as of 2nd quarter 2018, we know this much right now about MemberPlanet pricing:
Memberplanet is “cloud-based". It has a SaaS (Software As A Service) license model, in which the software is licensed on a subscription basis, centrally hosted, maintained, & updated by the vendor.
Memberplanet has separate pricing for standard and enterprise clients.
The standard option starts as low as $15 a month to $125 a month.
There are upgrade and add on options which are available based on the uniqueness of your situation and requirements. For example, if you desire a customized website theme, you may pay an additional amount of money.
There is a merchant processing fee of 3% + $0.30 / transaction to be mindful of too.
Memberplanet's enterprise pricing varies. But, from all indications MP is well in line with other comparable systems competing in this segment of the market. Therefore, for clients who need more advanced integration needs, Memberplanet offers enterprise pricing when organizations require a more dynamic solution which may call for API integrations that are customizable to an organization's unique workflows too.
Enterprise pricing may be the right fit for for multi-tiered and national organizations.

Standard implementation pricing is more "self-led" and packaged based. Where as enterprise implementation costs vary from organization to organization due to integrations, customizations, & deep database migration, etc. that may factor into additional implementation costs.
